Beets, garlic, olive oil and walnuts

Centenarian is a person who lives to 100 years or or more.  Here is a Russian centenarian recipe from beets, garlic, olive oil and walnuts.  It is inexpensive and packed with high density nutrients.  Enjoy!

Ingredients:

2 beets

5 garlic cloves

1 tbs of olive oil

handfull of walnuts

Step 1: Boil beets until soft, then cool.

Step 2: Grate the beets.

Step 3: Mince garlic and add to the beets.  (Transfer to a clean dish for better visual presentation).

Step 4: Add olive oil.

Step 5: Garnish with walnuts.
