Simple, Healthy and Green Lunch Salad

After hot power yoga class (level 1) this morning I felt inspired to make this does-not-get-greener salad. It’s super simple to assemble this delicious and satisfying salad. Just put together the¬†ingredients listed below:

1 cup of spinach
Handful of steamed kale (leftover from last night)
1/2 avocado
Chicken Salad (cut up boiled chicken, organic celery and grapes; topped with olive oil and a tiny bit of mayoniese)
1 tsp of vinegar and olive oil topped the greenery.
(Next time I will add some walnuts on top).
