I am proud that my teenager is into healthy eating. He made this spinach, banana and orange smoothie this morning. It turned out smooth, with refreshingly sweet-tart note and pleasant consistency. It was delicious.
All you need if you are making this smoothie for 2 people is
3 cups of filtered water
2 handfulls of organic spinach
splash of orange juice
Blend all the ingredients evenly, enjoy!
Note: Often smoothies are made with ice. However, digestive enzymes in our gastrointestinal tract work best at body temperature. So, for best digestion don’t add ice.
