I get so excited when I discover delicious and good-for-you food pairings. The vegan meal that I put together on Sunday before St. Patrick’s Day came together organically using the foods I already had. The heart of the meal was Dr. Praeger’s California Veggie Burger, which I have never tried before and now I am a fan (and so is my 15 year old son)!
–handful of spinach
–Dr. Praeger’s California Veggie Burger
–1/2 of avocado
–“forkful” of seaweed salad (from The Fresh Market)
Directions: on the bed of spinach place cooked (as directed on the package) Dr. Praeger’s California Veggie Burger, arrange half of avocado, pickle and seaweed salad. Simply sprinkle chopped parsley, olive oil, vinegar and ENJOY!
